Can I get a care plan for a site you didn't build?
Not directly. Care plans cover work I know from the inside. If you’d like me looking after your site, it starts with the free audit — and if the site’s in good shape, taking it on after a small tune-up is often all it needs.
What if something breaks?
That’s the point of the plan: I usually know before you do. Monitoring runs around the clock, and fixes for anything covered are included, not billed.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the next billing cycle. The site is yours either way — I’ll hand over everything and help you move it, no exit fees, no hostage-taking.
I'm on one of your older plans. Does anything change?
No. Your plan and price are locked as agreed, and nothing about your service changes. These plans apply to new builds from August 2026.
